Notes

1. Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. 2. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. 3. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 48 hours. 4. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays cash for the unit at the facility, unless otherwise stated in the state lien law. 5. Bids received from the existing tenant will be voided/cancelled and will not be accepted. 6. Auction winners agree to not contact the tenant in any way or attempt to sell back items. 7. The cleaning deposit will be forfeited if the winning bidder fails to clean and remove the unit contents within 48 hours. 8. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. 9. The amount of the winning bid must be paid in CASH at the facility, along with any tax or cleaning deposit due. 10. A cleaning deposit will be charged and returned during Manager office hours once the unit is inspected following cleanout. 11. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. 12. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
