Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on your lockerfox account at the time of auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 48 hours. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays cash for the unit at the facility, unless otherwise stated in the state lien law. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. The amount of the winning bid may be paid in CASH or CREDIT CARD at the facility, along with any tax. $100 cleaning deposit will NOT be accepted in cash. Winners will be required to fill out a Cleaning Deposit Authorization Form and provide a credit card number. If all unit contents are not removed as agreed upon, remaining items are forfeited and the facility will charge a $100 cleaning charge to cover the cost of removing remaining goods. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
