George J. Flotre and his wife Carrie run Flotre Feeders west of Bulyea Sk. They currently run 280 cows and a small feedlot and a little bit of grain land. They have always backgrounded their calves, they are looking at different avenues to take their animals directly to the consumer. Hopefully, this process will enable them to be more independent and sustainable, while giving the consumer a quality product that they can trust at a more affordable price than retail at the grocery store.
