Tract 1

W/2 of SE/4 18-22N-9 W.I.M. Major Co. OK.

This tract consists of approximately 79± acres of land and is currently all in cultivation and planted to winter wheat. There is a water well in the NW corner of this tract (no pump). According to the county F.S.A. office this tract is combined with Tract 2 (see FSA Info). Access is by good county road. This tract lays very nicely with good productive soils. This tract joins tract 2 on the west.

This tract consists of approximately 74± acres of land and is currently all in cultivation and planted to winter wheat. According to the county F.S.A. office this tract is combined with Tract 1 (see FSA Info). Access is by good county road. This tract also lays very nicely and is very good productive soils and joins Tract 1 on the east.
