Notes

1. Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. 2. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. 3. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 72 hours. 4. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays cash for the unit at the facility and removes goods. 5. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. 6. The amount of the winning bid must be paid in via Credit Card or Money Order Only at the facility, along with any tax or cleaning deposit due. 7. A cleaning deposit may be charged and returned once the unit is inspected following cleanout. 8. Bidder is responsible for securing the unit holding such property until the items are removed from the facility. 9. A sale is not deemed completed until all money due is paid and goods are removed from the facility property. 10. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. 11. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
