Dumpster's not available on site. $ 100 cash deposit required to access unit will be return once the unit is cleaned out. No Checks will be accepted. Cash or Debit Cards only will be accepted at the location. U-Haul Team Members, family members or friends (living with team member) cannot bid or buy units up for auction at U-Haul owned facility. SELF-STORAGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BIDS. ALL SALES FINAL -- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! If unit is not emptied with in 72 hrs. unit will be relisted again. Winner must provide a copy of current driver's license and complete mailing address and phone number. Tax added at facility unless you bring in your tax exempt certificate. Please contact facility for hours of operation. SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED AT FACILITY
