Auction Terms & Conditions
Payment for any winning bid is due within 3 working days (auction day plus 2 working days, i.e., if auction is on Sunday, payment is due by close of business on Wednesday). Winning bids not paid for within the specified time frame will be subject to a Late Fee of $50 or 2% of the selling price of the winning bid, whichever is greater.. Payment may be made by Credit Card over the phone,cashier's check, or money order. If paying by Cashier's Check or Money Order, please email [email protected]
at the end of the auction.
All winning bids from within the state of New York are subject to local, county, and state taxes. Winning bidders, upon presentation of a sales tax exemption certificate agree to indemnify, defend and hold Millbrook Auction Center harmless from any and all sales tax assessments, fines, penalties, damages, and costs, including attorney fees, incurred as a result of a taxing authority determination that the transaction was subject to the payment of sales or excise tax.
There is a 18% Buyers Premium on all items.

Bidders must register and be approved to bid by Millbrook Auction Center prior to the start of the auction. Previews of our auctions are available at our location at times specified on our website www.millbrookauctioncenter.com Bidders submit offers at their own risk. All items are represented to the best of our ability, and are offered as is.
Millbrook Auction Center does not ship any items, unless noted in the lot description.
We strongly recommend you contact your shipping company prior to bidding on any item in our auctions.
