The building and land known as 166 Cecil Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate of Title No. 2662598/1 will be sold at auction on Tuesday, the 22nd day of May, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at 263 Stanley Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that there situate on the said land a single family, one and three quarter storey dwelling of approximately 900 square feet, more or less. The house is heated by forced air and has a full unfinished basement. The vendor is further advised that the home consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and four piece bathroom. The Vendor is also advised that the interior flooring is laminate with the exterior of the dwelling finished with vinyl siding.
REALTY TAXES: The realty taxes with respect to the said land are paid in full to December 31, 2017. The property is sold subject to taxes and penalties accruing after that date. Any outstanding water, sewer and utility account(s) for the current and prior years, whether or not added to the tax account at any time, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
