Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only will be a home and two buildings located in a B-2 Highway Business zone that will be sold in three parcels. PARCEL 1 includes a 1.5 story frame home with approximately 2,300 square feet. The ground level has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, large living room, and utility room. The upstairs area has two bedrooms. The home has county water, gas heat, and some replacement windows. There is an attached carport and road frontage on Highways 144 and 376. PARCEL 2 includes a 30 ft x 78 ft building containing approximately 2,340 square feet with multiple entrance doors, gas heat, and central air. There is a bathroom, walk-in cooler, and storage rooms. It is situated on a lot with paved parking area, and frontage on Highway 376. This building was last used as a liquor store. There are environmental monitoring wells located in the KY 376 right-of-way identified as MW7, MW18 and MW19.
