Terms: 10% buyers premium will be added to all real estate and personal property final bids to determine final sale price.
Personal Property: Full payment day of pickup. All items to be picked up on 7/14 from 6-8 p.m. or 7/18 from 8-12 a.m.
Mobile home: 10% of purchase price to be paid within 48 hrs. of auction completion. Balance due in full, on or before 8/17/20.
Contingencies: Property is selling as-is, where is. No financial contingencies.
