LOCATION: 10384 Mt. Eden Road (Highway 53 south), Waddy, Ky. 40076 between Southville and Mt. Eden.

Selling 77 acres more or less of level to gently rolling Shelby County land off Mt. Eden Road. The farm is improved with a nice 40 x 110 foot metal barn with an attached 20 x 35 shed. There is also a frame home.  The farm is currently used as a cattle and hay farm with some fencing and is mostly cleared with some woods along portions of the boundary.

This property has a deeded right of way from Mt. Eden road for access and has no frontage on the highway. There is currently no city water to the farm.
