After watching Phil Schooley and Jon Schaben sell cattle at the auction where he was selling his personal livestock, David decided he would like to learn to become an auctioneer. Having no previous family or any other ties to the auction industry, just an incredible urge to try, he attended Missouri Auction School. After completion of the school, he started to work for a couple of local auctioneers and every once in a while I would sell cattle at Dunlap Livestock. Since then he has started with his wife Ann, an Auction & Real estate group selling everything from livestock to real estate. Whitaker Marketing Group
