The real estate consists of 135 +/- acres offered in three tracts as follows:

TRACT #1 consists of 61 +/- acres with 58 +/- tillable, according to the FSA.  While currently in hay production, this tract adjoins Dolan Lake, Hamilton Co. State Fish & Wildlife Area, to the Southeast and provides an excellent recreational opportunity for the buyer.
