TERMS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase. Payment: The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 8% in Colquitt County and 7% in Grady County, Georgia, will be charged on all applicable purchases. All open accounts will be settled by credit card on file within two days of the auction closing. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form. Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Auction End Times: All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions are timed events. EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 4:00 p.m. receives a bid at 3:59 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 4:04 p.m. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period. Auction bid ending time is subject to automatic extend feature. Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
