The plant can process 250,000 tons of yard and wood waste per year and produce up to 8 MGY of Cellulosic Ethanol and 6 MW of Electricity.
It only takes 10 minutes from waste input to ethanol output!
Built in 2011 at a cost of $130± Million, the facility operated for four years before closing in 2017.
Selling in Components or Piecemeal
Surplus to the ongoing operations of Indian River Eco District LLC.
