Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 48 hours. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays for the unit at the facility, unless otherwise stated in the state lien law. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. Winners must pay the amount of the winning bid, plus sales tax, via debit/credit card, check, or money order (payable to All Aboard Storage), when picking up your unit at the facility. NO CASH. The cleaning deposit of $100 must be left on a credit card or money order, to be refunded once the unit is cleaned out. A 10% ($10 min) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
