This Auction is of the current accounts receivables loans for the former EZ Pay Auto used car dealership in Vidalia, Georgia. The assests of EZ Pay Auto were seized by the Office of the District Attorney for the Middle Judicial Circuit of Georia, S. Hayward Altman, District Attorney. This seizure and forfeiture included accounts for financed vehicles. This auction is a "paper sale" of those loans. Upon registering to bid, qualified bidders will recieve a prospectus detailing the specific amount of each loan, the vehicle pertaining to the loan, the contracted payment amounts and the payment histories of each loan. Instered buyers will be bidding a "lump sum" amount to assume ownership of all the loans included in this group.
