Farm #1 (152.93± Acres): Located 5 miles east of Hennessey on SH 51, 5 miles south, & 1 mile east (Jct. NS 2930/EW 670).

Soil Types: Mostly Lovedale-Carwile complex, Class II; Dougherty-Eufaula complex, Class III; & a small amount of Gracemont fine sandy loam, Class V. 

F.S.A. Information: 145.92 acres of cropland (presently grass), with a 118.7 acre wheat base & a 28 bushel PLC yield; & a 4.9 acre oats base, with a 38 bushel PLC yield.
