This is a legal agreement between you, the user or buyer, and North American Auction Company. \nYou must be at least 18 years old to bid. \nNorth American Auction Company. Any seller who misrepresented their items and any buyer who improperly fails to carry through with a purchase will be banned from any further use and may be subject to additional legal actions. \nPAYMENT: All items that you were high bid on prior to removal of purchased item(s), must be paid for in full. We do not accept partial payments. Payable by cashiers check, cash, credit card, or wire transfer in US funds only. If paying with Personal or Company Checks a current bank letter guaranteeing funds to North American Auction Company must be presented at time of registration. All payments must be in U.S. Funds. No checks accepted from out of Country. Auction Co. reserves the right to charge on your credit card if the balance is not paid by the close of the Auction. \n\nALL ITEMS to be auctioned sell subject to the Auction Co.\'s acceptance or rejection of the high bid. \nNOTICE: BUYER\'S PREMIUM: A buyer\'s premium will be added to all purchases. This buyer\'s premium varies, depending on the auction. The actual buyer\'s premium in effect will be noted on Auction flyers, Auction catalogues. You may also call us to find out the exact amount of the buyer\'s premium for any auction. Visa, MasterCard, & Discover cards are accepted. \nRemoval and Failure to Remove. All purchases must be removed from the auction site without damaging any property and within the time announced or posted. All costs, responsibility and risk of such removal shall be borne by buyer and, in every case, buyer will use prudence and care in such removal. If for any reason buyer fails to remove any of buyer purchases within the time specified, the Auction Co. shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Auction Co. or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.) Removal period is posted on each sale and may vary from sale to sale. \nSales Tax: All bidders will be subject to the local sales tax of auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption. NOTICE: Out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers must pay sales tax on all items including titled items. (Unless stated differently in the auction terms) \nNote to the buyers of titled items. Buyers will be responsible for procurement of plates and payment of taxes in their county and/or state of residence.Titles will be given day of sale if paid by Cash, Credit Card, or Certified Check. Company or Personal checks will take 7 days to clear before title will be released. \nTerms: All items sell AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS and with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. All sales are made on an AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS basis. All buyers are urged to physically inspect the item during the inspection period. No bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. Buyer also agrees that venue shall be in Gallatin County, Montana and that the laws of the State of Montana shall govern this Agreement and the parties\' transaction hereunder. \nThe BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save the Auction Co., Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, (including, but not limited to, attorney\'s fees), directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from Buyer\'s negligent acts or omissions or breach of this agreement, except for for damages caused by or resulting from the Auction Co.\'s sole negligence. \nDo not bid unless you agree to all of the terms above. By bidding you are acknowledging agreement with the terms above.\n Items left in the Auction Gallery after the auction we will not be responsible for, due to damage or theft. Items left over a 7 days will be charged a $10.00 per lot handling fee per day, NO EXCPETIONS.\n

This collection features 49 individual and sets of antique, rare spur rowels. This collection is from Butte, Montana. The Individual rowels range in size from 2.5" diameter to 7/8". The piece of wood this is mounted to measures 18.75"x18.75"

College National Finals Rodeo Bozeman Belt Buckles
This is a complete collection from 1981-1991. These are all in mint condition with only one being removed from the original plastic. This collection of 16 belt buckles all read, "Limited Edition Solid Brass Award Design Metals Inc." This all is in a shadow box which measures 16"x19.25". Each buckle measures 3.75"x2.75"

1863 Fort Abererombie & Sioux Dug Items
This is a collection of items from a private collector that dug these items directly from Fort Abererombie and were from the Sioux battle. This includes 14 Sioux arrowheads from 1863, 2 US cartridges, a horse shoe, two spikes, and a US Army brass button. The top reads, "Fort Abererombie D.T. May 1st 1863 in CommanD of Lieut. Col. F. Peteler U.S.S.S." In August 1862 its defenses were tested. When increasing Indian activity by reconnaissance parties, drove nearby settlers into the fort's stockade. The Sioux, besieged Fort Abercrombie for almost six weeks, alternating between occasional sniping and all-out attacks on all four sides of the fort. The garrison and settlers with rifles, shotguns, and howitzers held the fort. This collection is displayed well and a great rare piece. Frame measures 12.5"x16.5" and the largest arrowheads are 1.75"

Stormy Ridge by Harvey Rattey Bronze
This is an original work of art done by the popular Harvey Rattey. This sculpture is signed in the casting and is a limited number of 150/200. This is a solid bronze mounted to a wood base. HARVEY RATTEY - is a Native American enrolled tribal member of the Little Shell Band of the Chippewa. He and his three sisters and a brother were raised on a cattle ranch bordering the Assiniboin reservation near Harlem, MT. During the past 35 years, his love of the cowboy and of wildlife has inspired him to sculpt both subjects with "wild and wooly" action and empathy. However, his greatest interest lies in portraying the Indian people he has known and their way of life spanning the time of the last nomadic Indians to contemporary Indian people in the mainstream of modern society. 1847 Field Workers Slave Tag from Florida
This piece reads, "Raven's Roost Plantation 1847 Florida Suwannii County Field Worker 25." This is believed to be a genuine Slave's Tag and is dated 1847 showing beautiful scrolling. This is made of solid copper. Measures 1.75" diameter.

Zane Grey Western Collection
This includes 12 Zane Grey including: titles such as The Trail Driver, Knights of the Range, The Border Legion, The Spirit of the Border, Desert Gold, The Spirit of the Border, Under the Tonto Tim, Tappan's Burro, Nevada, The Desert of Wheat, Fighting Caravan's, and The Shepherd of Guadalupe. 1900-1915 Rusko Dry Cleaner

"Christ and the Woman of Samari" by Rembrandt
This is an authentic original work of art from the original plate of Van Rijn Rembrandt. This is from the 3rd state and shows the appropriate details as such (three vertical scratches under the date on the top right corner and also the diagonal line underneath the well in the empty space). This true work of art original is from an artist who is considered one of the greatest painters and printmakers in European art and the most important in Dutch history. The title is, Christ and the Woman of Samaria among Ruins. This piece is done on the correct paper as shown in the lighted pictures and is a 3rd state from Jean. The frame measures 23”x23” and the etching is 123mm x 105mm.
