The AAA Auction Center is at 7129 HIGHWAY 10 NW, RAMSEY MN 55303-6043. We're in the former Ramsey Wine & Spirits building at the intersection of Highway 10 and Ramsey Boulevard (Anoka County Road 56). We're across Highway 10 from a Holiday Stationstore, and across Ramsey Boulevard from a Burger King. Look for the bright red roof over our entryway.

Note: the Google Maps satellite view and the street view still show an old gas station to the west of our place. It is no longer there.

From the east on Highway 10
Coming from the southeast on Highway 10, turn right into our driveway before you get to Ramsey Boulevard.

From the west on Highway 10
Coming from the west on Highway 10, turn north (left) onto Ramsey Boulevard. Exit Ramsey Boulevard directly across from Burger King's driveway, then pull around to the front of our building.

From the north on Ramsey Blvd.
Continue on Ramsey Boulevard past the Auction Center and cross Highway 10. Make a U-turn at the Holiday Station and go back north on Ramsey Boulevard. Exit Ramsey Boulevard directly across from Burger King's driveway, then pull around to the front of our building.

This auction presents a great time to either sell or buy a gun. There is no commission charged to the sellers and sellers may place a reserve price on any gun as long as it is at least $300. There are also no "No-sale fees" if the reserve is not met. The guns and other items in the lots below were provided to us in time to be photographed and described for online prebidding, and we will also accept guns up to the day of the auction at 10:30 a.m.

With our large assortment of pistols, revolvers, shotguns, and rifles, bidders will find plenty to choose from. If you don't see the gun you are looking for here, don't give up; we may have it at the live auction.

Some accessories and ammunition shall also be sold.

Preview
The only preview will take place on the day of the live auction, Sunday, April 29, 2012 beginning at 10 a.m.

Prebidding
Prebidding will be accepted according to our regular auction terms. Prebidding will close on Sunday, April 29, 2012 starting at 9 a.m. We will close 10 lots per minute. Live and in person bidding shall start where the prebids leave off. We will place bids at the live auction on behalf of any prebidder who also places a maximum bid online.

Those bidders whose prebids were not raised by live bidders shall be sent an invoice on Sunday after the auction and can choose to pay in cash, check, or credit card when they pick up their items on April 30th. Please check your e-mail to see if you won any items. We will also try to phone all online winners, but we cannot guarantee that we will reach you. We will also post the winning the bidder numbers on our website.

Unless other arrangements are made with AAA Auction, if the winning prebidder does not pick up his purchase at the scheduled time, his credit card shall be billed for the purchase according to the auction terms and he or she also authorizes AAA Auction to resell the item(s) at our next available auction at a commission rate of 20% plus a buyer's premium.

Losing prebidders shall not receive an invoice.

How to Sell Your Gun at the Live Auction
You can still sell your gun at the live auction without having it available for prebidding. Call us at (763) 421-3044 to let us know you will be consigning a gun on the auction day. Bring your gun to the AAA Auction Center on Sunday, April 29th from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Live Auction
The live auction will begin shortly after noon on Sunday, April 29, 2012.

Buyer's Premium
There is a 13% buyer's premium on all auction purchases after receiving a 3% discount for paying with cash or check. All purchases paid with a credit card or a check card shall have a buyer's premium of 16%.

Taxes
Minnesota and Anoka County sales taxes apply to all lots in this auction.

Pickup
Monday, April 30, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Live bidders can pick up their purchase on the day of the auction after being approved to do so after we call in the purchase. Pickup for any online winners who are not present at the live auction shall be on Monday, April 30, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment. Anyone who needs to pick up their purchase at any other time must call us before or during the scheduled pick-up time to make other arrangements.

Shipping
We will ship to a licensed federal firearms dealer of your choice. Shipping shall be by U.S. Mail and shall cost whatever the Post Office charges plus insurance and $25 handling per package.
