Directions to Tracts 1-3 "Home Place": From Amarillo Travel South on Interstate27 to Exit 94 (FM 285), go Left (East) 13 miles to County Road 1, turn Left (North) 2 miles to property.
 
Tract 1 - 30± acres
 
This tract is the homestead of Denny/McLain Ranch. The tract features a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with detached 2 car garage nestled in the middle of mature trees.
