We will start at 6:00pm. Notice is hereby given that on September 4, 2008 The U Lock It Storage Units located at 3183 Hwy 71 South will offer for sale, by public auction, the goods contained in the self storage units listed below. The terms of the sale will be CASH (ONLY) due in full immediately upon completion of each unit in the auction. No checks will be accepted. The self storage units may contain boxes, furniture, and other general household goods.
You simply show up the day of auction and sign in. As we begin the sale of each unit, we open the door, Then Sell. The mystery is part of the fun. You're bidding on the whole unit. Once you win the bid, you must pay immediately (cash only), and you'll usually have 48 hours to clear out all of the items in the unit. YOU ARE required to clean EVERYTHING out of the UNIT! NOTHING can be LEFT!Bring a Broom!
Number of units being sold may change as customers redeem the delinquent debts on their units.
