To be sold individually, combined or as an entirety in a multi-par, high bidders choice format.  The lots will be grouped in two categories.  The first group will include the 16 lots ranging in size from 0.56 to 1.17 acres.  These will be offered in a high bidders choice format where the high bidder can select one or more of the lots (bidder’s choice) available.  If the bidder selects less than the total remaining amount of lots, the bidding will begin again and the high bidder may choose one or more lots at the high bid price.  This process will continue until all the lots have been taken.

This process will then be repeated with the group of lots that are 9.98 +/- acres or greater.

The final round of bidding will involve adding up the bids on all the lots and offering them all together as an entirety.  If the high bid on the entirety exceeds the total of the individual lots by a pre-determined undisclosed amount then the lots will be sold to the entirety bidder.
