204 HEAD OF DAIRY CATTLE: consisting of 178 registered and grade milk cows of which (2) are red & white Holstein, (1) is Swiss/Holstein cross, (5) are Ayrshire, and (170) are Holstein. Cows are averaging between 55 and 60 lbs. per cow per day with 3.1 protein and 3.8 fat. Cows are milked in parlor, not on BGH and have not been pushed in any way. 20 cows were fresh in the last 60 days and 26 are due in the next 60 days. This herd is on monthly herd health, and cows will be checked by ultra-sound for pregnancy. Milk production records will be available the day of the sale. This herd has been bred for strong legs and good upright udders. Over half of the herd are first and second calf heifers. There are 24 springing heifers. All cattle have been dehorned, wormed, and have had 9-way shots and boosters. Cattle are ready to be moved and there will be semi loading available.
