All sales are CASH ONLY - CASH IN HAND unless otherwise specified or announced at the sale. All purchases are "as-is" "where-is" with no warranty express or implied.
Visa and Master card are accepted. Payments other than cash are subject to a 3.5% buyer's premium. Certified funds including cashier's checks must be approved by the auctioneer 24 hours prior to bidding. Full terms and conditions will be announced at the sale.
The winning bidder is responsible for payment immediately upon being awared the bid. Buyers will NOT be given time to leave the sale and arrange for funds. The bidder assumes all resposibility for the safety, security, removal, and transport of purchases at the time the bid is awarded.
