Registration: By fax and at open houses

Date and Place of Auction: October 4, 2008 Crystal Springs Country Club

Terms of Sale: All bidders must be pre-registered and are required to have a $10,000 cashier’s check, certified check or money order as well as a form of personal identification. However, you hold on to your check until your bid has been accepted. This check should be made payable to yourself and endorsed to Escrow Holder after completion of auction. The 10% deposit is due within 10 days after the auction date. NO exceptions please!

A 10% Buyers premium Will be added to the final bid and be included in the total contract price. Auctioneer reserves right to deny admittance to any person. Auctioneer may alter terms of sale through announcement on Auction Day

Contract: The successful high bidder will be required to sign a contract of sale immediately upon the conclusion of the auction with the $10,000 going towards the contract of sale.. This is an auction sale and is not subject to an attorney review period. Contract of sale should be reviewed prior to the auction

Closing: Will be on or before 30 days following the auction Date. Payment of balance of purchase price by certified check or bank cashiers check

Broker Participation: If you plan on using a broker they must register within 72 hours of the auction on a Global broker registration form. NO EXCEPTION
