Auction Note: Pifer’s Auction & Realty proudly presents the John Lang farm. This is another great land offering including 888 acres of crop land, 295 acres of pasture land and a farm-site that is ideally located. Driving Directions: 

Parcel1:  From Sterling, ND, drive north on US-#83/ND-#14 for 5 miles.  Turn right at 84th Ave NE and drive east for 1 mile.  This will place you at the northwestern corner of parcel one.

Parcel 2:  From Sterling, ND, take CR-#10 and follow it east for 4 ¾ miles.  Turn left at 353rd St NE and drive north for 1 mile.  This will place you at the southeastern corner of parcel two.

Parcel 3:  From Sterling, ND, drive north on US-#83/ND-#14 for 2 miles.  Turn right at 43rd Ave NE and drive east for 1 mile.  Turn right at 327th St NE and drive south for ½ mile.  This will place you at the northeastern corner of parcel three.

Parcels 4, 5, and 6:  From Sterling, ND, drive east on CR-#10 for about 2 miles.  This will place you at the southwestern corner of parcel four.  Continue driving northeast on CR-#10 for another ½ mile and this will place you directly north of the parcel six Farmstead.  Continue driving northeast on CR-#10 for another 1 mile, and this will place you at the north/northeastern corner of parcel five.

Parcel 7:  From Driscoll, ND, drive north on 405th St NE for ½ mile.  Turn left on CR-#10 and follow it west for 1 ½ miles.  This will place you directly north of parcel seven.

Parcel 8:  From Driscoll, ND, drive south on 405th St NE for ½ mile.  Turn right on 30th Ave NE and follow it west for 1 mile.  This will place you at the southeastern corner of parcel eight.
