| These two farms are comprised of mostly excellent soil types. Irrigation potential does exist on both with small modifications. There is approximately only 70 acres total of pasture combined on both farms. The west quarter is one the best farms in Wayne County. Farms are being sold to settle an estate. Both have been in Langenerg family for over 50 years or so. Opportunities to purchase land is a given area don't come up everyday.
