This Real Estate Auction will be On-Line starting on Fwed. June 25, 2008 and Ending July 28, 2008 starting at 5:00pm CST. This On-Line Real Estate Auction features an auto extend bidding feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes from the time the bid is placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 10:00am receives a bid at 9:59am, the close time of the auction automatically extends to 10:04am. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within the 5 minute time frame. Property inspection is July 12, 2008 from 10-1 and by appointment only (414) 788-8250. At the close of the auction, successful bidder will be emailed a contract to be signed and faxed (414) 371-1556 to Great Lakes Auction Co. A non-refundable $5,000.00 (five thousand dollar) earnest money deposit, wire transfer or cashiers check will be payable at the time of contract execution. The entirety of the remaining balance is due at closing. Closing will take place within 30 days of the end of the online auction. Instructions for wire transfer will be sent by email to the successful bidder. Purchaser shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees. A 10% buyers fee will be added to the winning bidder to determine final contract price. Broker participation: A two percent (2%) bid price commission will be paid to any properly registered broker whose prospect purchases real estate at he auction and closes in full. Broker must be licensed in the state in which the property is located and must register their prospect 24 hours prior to client submitting a bid.
