I have moved and no longer need the following mobile home and 1.1 acres of mostly wooded land located at 20809 Beaver Road, Pike Twp. 319, Mount Vernon, Ohio.  Beaver road is located the first road north of Amity Ohio off SR 3 to the East.

The property is located about one tenth of mile from SR 3 on the north side of the road and has a mobile home near the road with the remainder of the property consisting of Woods.  The mobile home has two bed rooms, bath room, kitchen, and living room.
