|  | A Storage Inn has approximately 20 unpaid delinquent units. We do not know what is contained in them and have no plans to inspect them. We will conduct this auction as we have all past storage auctions. We will cut the lock and begin selling the items in each unit.
If we are not able to complete all the units on Thursday, we will be back Friday Morning to Finish the Auction. Our Schedueld hours of operation will be 10:00AM until 5:00PM. Check in to begin at 9:30AM
| | We have no idea what is contained in these units, however, in recent storage unit auctions we have uncovered big screen TV's, Tools, High end furniture and even a 2004 Harley-Davidson Motorcycle. You just never know what may be locked behind those doors. Come out and join us Thursday at 10 :00 AM. and you will find out. | | There will be restrooms and we will have a food vendor on sight.
Please note these terms specific for the Mini Storage Auctions:
Because we do not know what will be discovered when we open the doors, the following additional terms apply to Firearms, Alcohol and Titled Vehicles
Firearms: Pistol Purchases will require a Sheriff's permit to purchase. Long guns will be transfered electronically. Any firearms sold out of state must be transferred to an FFL licensed dealer. License information will be required. Firearms are being transferred via "Pawns Plus" in Omaha. Purchased Firearms may be picked up there 7 days after the auction.
Firearm Transfer fee is $25 per firearm.
Alcohol: Purchaser must be 21 years of age or over and must sign an affidavit that the alcohol is for personal use only and will not be resold.
Titled Vehicles: Any titled vehicles discovered day of sale will be set aside until it can be verified that there are no liens or encumbrances against that vehicle. We will accept Cash and Credit Cards Only at this Auction, NO CHECKS
Terms: Payment must be made with Cash or Credit Card , All items must be paid for day of sale prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. All sales are final. All information contained herein is believed to be accurate to the best of our ability but is not guaranteed.
