NOTE: This is a second-generation logging operation sellout. The Maus’ have prided themselves with a neat workshop, and have done most all repairs and upkeep. Some of these pieces, although older units, have been kept updated and almost every item is current DOT. Their incorporated name, Maus Sales, doesn’t mean that they were in Equipment sales, they processed their own lumber products. This 20-Acres with their Mill and Planing Operation is for sale, but won’t be sold on this auction. Talk to them personally if interested.
