From Rochester, Take St Hwy 52 N toward St. Paul approx. 15 miles. Exit at Pine Island. As you drive S on Main Street, the road will make a sharp right near the edge of the town and then will join Co Rd 13 SW. Continue SW approx. 1.5 miles until the road comes down the hill to a flat area. Look for Trophy Lake Estates on your right!

Directions to Center City:
Center City is located 40 min. N of 694 and 35W From Center City go N on Co Rd #12 5 miles to 355th St. The property is located on the West side of the road between 355th and 360th. From the merge of 35E and 35W into I-35:Continue N on 35 for 4.6 miles. Merge onto US-8 E via Exit 132 toward Taylors Falls. for 11.5 miles. Turn Left at a stoplight (N) onto Co Rd 20. Turn Left at the second stop sign onto Co Rd 12. The
property is located on the left side of the road between 355th and 360th.
