*Terms and Conditions of this sale:
Buyers Premium: 3.5 % on all purchases - WAIVED for cash and cash equivilent sales.
Cash-in-hand or certified funds (Cashier's checks), Visa & Mastercard, payable IMMEDIATELY at time of sale. On individual unit sales over $1,000, a Cashier's Check or Cash-in-Hand in the amount of $1,000 for each individual unit may be accepted as a deposit. Payment of any balance shall be due in full by 2:00 PM, Monday, August 4, 2008, and shall be made at the auction site. NO PAYMENT EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED.
Personal or company checks may be accepted IF, AND ONLY IF they are accompanied by an original Irrevocable Letter of Credit from the same bank guaranteeing payment up to the amount of the check for this specific auction, and pre-approved by Schur Success Auction Services. This letter of credit must be delivered to Schur Success Auction Services by 12:00 PM (Mountain) on Friday, August 1, 2008. Acceptance of any form of payment other than cash must be approved by the auctioneer prior to the sale.
All units are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of prospective buyers to preview items on inspection/preview dates. There will be no refunds. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The City reserves the right to add or remove from any listing of vehicles scheduled to be sold.
*Removal:
All property must be removed by 3:00 pm, Monday, August 4, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS unless approved by authorized Public Works personnel. There will be NO REMOVAL on Sunday, August 3, 2008.
*General
All property becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at the time the auctioneer announces "sold" on any item, and the buyer assumes all risks of loss and/or damage to property prior to removal.
Removal, loading, and transportation is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any printed terms and conditions. Bidders must acknowledge acceptance of terms and conditions in order to participate.
