Each of these Tracts are under a Wells Fargo Trust Department Lease.  The new buyer will have the option to continue or terminate these leases for 2009 and 2010.  Information packets will be available through the Auctioneers.

TERMS: 20% nonrefundable down payment sale day with balance at closing - approximately 30 days.  Seller will pay all of 2008 Taxes due in 2009. Title Insurance & closing cost split 50-50 between buyer  and seller. Auctioneers are agents for the Sellers. All announcements sale day take precedence over printed material. First Dakota Title Co., Watertown, SD will be the Closing Agent.
