AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: This land is being sold to settle the Norman Weis Estate. There will be no minimum starting bids. All properties will be offered in the order listed. It will be possible to combine parcels or purchase the property as a whole.

TERMS: Successful bidders will be required to 10% down on the day of the sale and the balance shall be due at closing in 30 days. All properties will be sold free and clear of all liens and encumbrances with taxes prorated to the day of closing.
