Kobza Auction & Realty is a family owned & operated business which has been providing all types of auction services for more than 35 years. Hank and Janice (Bonnie) live between Bellwood & David City, Nebraska and have raised eight children, all of which have helped in the business. Hank, along with son John, are the auctioneers for the business.  Kobza Auction & Realty handles all types of auctions whether it be business or personal, including real estate, personal property, farm machinery, antiques/collectibles, coins, and many other types. Hank has held his Real Estate license since 1974 and Bonnie since receiving her Brokers license in 1983. John received his Real Estate and Brokers license in 1999 and Bob received his Real Estate license in 2002. Laura, Bob's wife, joined our company in 2004 and has earned her Broker License.
