Auction opens @ 9am, @10am we sell the outside miscellaneous corner items, @11am we sell NON working major name brand appliances home style and some commercial, @ Noon we move inside the building, we start with major name brand WORKING appliances, Refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers & microwaves. A soon as we've sold the appliances we sell TV's and electronics. We move from there to box lots & quantity's items geared towards dealers, swap meters, secondhand dealers. We follow up with furniture and decorative items geared more of the individuals. Household furniture, appliances, home accessories. Great deals for individuals and second hand dealers, swap meters & yard sellers

TERMS
ALL BUYERS MUST HAVE A NUMBER TO BID. A BID NUMBER CAN BE SECURED BY PLACING A $100.00 CASH DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE IF NO PURCHASE IS MADE). ADDITIONAL CASH DEPOSITS WILL BE REQUIRED AT AUCTIONEERS DISCRETIONS. ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE APPLIED TO PURCHASER'S BILL, OR REFUNDED IF NO PURCHASE IS MADE. ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE CASH. AN 18% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE APPLIED ON ALL PURCHASES. THERE IS A 3% DISCOUNT FOR BILLS PAID WITH CASH OR CASHIERS CHECK. ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE SUBJECT TO CALIFORNIA STATE SALES TAX, UNLESS BUYER HAS VALID SELLERS PERMIT (RESALE NUMBER) FOR THE ITEMS TO BE PURCHASED. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND REMOVED WITHIN 48 HOURS. NO MERCHANDISE CAN BE REMOVED UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. BILLS CAN BE PAID CASH, CASHIERS CHECK (3% DISCOUNT) , VISA, MASTERCARD, OR PERSONAL CHECKS (NO MERCHANDISE CAN BE REMOVED UNTIL THE CHECK CLEARS).
