Real Estate will be offered at 12:00 Noon in the House, (Small equipment will be selling at the barn).

EQUIPMENT LIST:   

     Jerome Lee has been a custom baler & hay broker in Craig County for many, many years.  Health forces his retirement.  He baled the 2009 season and his crew was loading out hay the day I took the photo's 2/18.  Jerome & crew will be available at the Auction to answer any questions you may have about the equipment.

     Last year was pretty tough on Jerome.  He suffered a stroke then lost his wife to cancer.  It's pretty evident that he was not planning on retiring by the new balers and mowers he purchased last year just prior to the health issues.  All equipment will be sold to the high bidders - no reserves.  Nothing sold prior to the Auction - don't bother asking.  Bring a friend, bring a truck, bring a trailer. 

     WE ALWAYS SELL LARGE ITEMS FIRST!  ARRIVE EARLY!  We anticipate a large crowd.  Bidder's Registration will start at 8:00 AM Auction Day.  If you wait until 10:00 AM to get there you'll probably be standing in a LONG line - your choice, not ours.

PLEASE NOTE:  Everybody knows we've had a really wet year.  All the photo's show the equipment just as it was on 2/18 before we had a chance to get everything cleaned up for the Auction.  Don't let the mud in the photo's distort your opinion of the condition of the equipment!
