Terms and Conditions on the sale of the Real Estate
Real estate to be sold at 12:00 pm Sharp. Real estate is being sold subject to owners approval. Owner will have until 1 pm to approve of the sale price.
If offer is accepted, purchaser is required to leave a Non Refundable Deposit of $50,000 by certified cheque or otherwise prior approved method of payment. Balance of purchase price shall be paid at or before closing. This is a cash sale and is not contingent on purchaser's ability to obtain financing.
